We have complete In-house 3D design and CNC programming capabilities.  We use AutoCad Mechanical Desktop and Solidworks for design. Solidworks allows us to import data from almost every major design system. We can import geometry from AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Pro E, UG, Solid Edge, CADKEY and Rhino. We can also import IGES, STEP, ACIS and parasolid file types. Our engineering department can work with you from product design to prototype through high-run production. Our molds are designed to DME standards, but they can also be designed to meet your custom specifications.

We use Surfcam Velocity III to do all of our programming. This software allows us to program anything from a simple plate to complex 3D cavities and electrodes.
